Make sure you create an account first and validate it. You can easily create your account here .
Create Account
To access our application, it is important to first create an account. This can be done easily via this link. Once you have created an account, you can then log in to the application.
Pair Teamleader x Mollie
To set up the connection, navigate to "Connections" in the menu and click on "Add Connection". You will now be given the option to choose a subscription type. You have the option to collect subscriptions, collect invoices or both. You will not start your subscription immediately.
After that, it is possible to link Teamleader and Mollie. If you have multiple organizations within Mollie, you can select the right one during the linking. The same goes for the Teamleader entity.
Activate your connection's subscription
Before you can start direct debiting, you need to activate your subscription.
When you activate a connection for the first time, we will ask you to fill in your company details for billing purposes.
After filling in you will be asked to pay the first period. After this payment the subscription of the link will be collected monthly.
Select default payment method
We recommend creating a specific payment method in Teamleader and linking it to the SEPA direct debits. You can do this by navigating to Settings - Invoices - Payment methods in Teamleader. Add a payment method of your choice here. In our case, we have added the payment method "Mollie - Sepa Direct Debit" here.
Once you have the link open, you can navigate to “payment methods” at the top of the menu and link your newly created payment method.
You do this so that it is clearly visible during reconciliation in Teamleader that an invoice has been paid by direct debit.
Request a mandate
After starting your subscription, it is possible to request a mandate per customer. You do this by pressing the "Request mandate" button.
After verifying the data, you can finally request the mandate. The customer will receive this request by email and can confirm this by making a payment of 0.02 cents using one of the activated payment methods.

Start automatic collection
Once your customer has approved the mandate, you can start automatically collecting your subscriptions or individual invoices.
